Tracking & Visibility

Frequently asked

Enter your tracking number (e.g. FF296781) on our Track Shipment page or in the search bar on the homepage. You'll see the full event timeline with locations and timestamps.
Updates occur when your cargo is scanned at key milestones — pickup, departure, arrival, customs, and delivery. Some legs may have gaps of 6–12 hours. If no update appears for more than 24 hours, contact your account manager.
Yes. In your account dashboard, go to Notifications and enable email or SMS alerts for any status change: departure, customs hold, out for delivery, or delivered.
This means customs authorities have flagged your shipment for inspection or documentation review. Our customs team will contact you within 2 hours with the specific reason and what's needed to resolve it.
Billing & Invoices

Frequently asked

Invoices are issued within 24 hours of delivery confirmation and sent to your registered billing email. You can also download all invoices from the Billing section of your account dashboard.
We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. Credit accounts with 30-day payment terms are available for established business clients.
Fuel surcharges (BAF for sea, FAC/FSC for air) are industry-standard adjustments that reflect changes in fuel costs. We publish our current surcharge rates monthly on the Pricing page and include them transparently in every quote.
Creating a Shipment

Frequently asked

You'll need: origin and destination addresses, commodity description, HS code (for international), number of pieces, weight, dimensions, and declared value. For air freight, dangerous goods declarations must be provided upfront.
Amendments are possible before pickup at no charge. After pickup, changes may incur fees depending on the mode and carrier. Cancellations after a booking is confirmed may be subject to a cancellation fee — contact support immediately.
Cargo must be adequately packed for international transport. Use double-wall cardboard for standard goods, custom crating for fragile or high-value items, and ISPM-15 treated timber for all wooden packaging on international shipments.
